It was a bit of a surprise, but I've been officially added to the Zebrafish Diagnostic and Health Service team at work. I've been providing consultations in assistance to our pathology service for years in the areas of colony management, water quality, systems maintenance and foods.
Recently, a new joint service was founded and I was included in the team. It's quite an honor and I'm the only team member who is not a PhD, DVM or certified pathologist (many of the team are several or all of the above). Won't be much of a change, but the recognition and inclusion are appreciated.
